Quality & Delivery
Clarity before your machine leaves the factory.

Configuration first
Define what the order includes.
Start with a written specification that matches the work you need to do and the equipment you already own.
- Machine model, working width and selected attachments
- Tractor power, connection and drive requirements
- Included accessories, optional items and exclusions
- Operating conditions and any application limits
Compare the complete quotation.
Machine, attachments, wear parts, packing and freight should be clear. This helps you compare the purchase and operating costs on the same basis.
Checks & records
Agree what will be checked.
Discuss the checks and documentation for your chosen machine before ordering. A useful record identifies the machine, the check performed and the result.
Confirm which records can be provided and whether additional inspection arrangements are needed.
Inspection information to request
Packing & delivery
Plan for the full destination.
Share the destination country and city or port. This makes it easier to discuss the route and the exact delivery point, including inland destinations.
- Packing method, packed dimensions and weight
- Dispatch location and agreed delivery point
- Transport costs included in the quotation
- Documents, handling and responsibilities to be agreed

These photographs show factory and loading scenes. Order-specific inspection and shipment records must be confirmed separately.
Keep a clear record on arrival.
Compare the delivered machine and accessories with the agreed packing list. Keep the delivery documents and photograph the package before unpacking. Reporting deadlines and responsibility for transport issues depend on the agreed delivery terms.
Useful answers
Before you order
Clarify the configuration, documentation and delivery scope before committing to an order.
Can I review inspection or test records?
Ask which records are available for your selected model and order. Agree the documentation and any inspection arrangements before placing the order. General factory photographs do not replace machine-specific records.
What if my destination is inland?
Start with your country and destination city. A seaport name is not required for an initial enquiry. The route, delivery point, charges and responsibilities need to be confirmed in the quotation.
Does the machine price include freight?
Check the scope of the quotation. The machine, optional attachments, packing, freight and other charges should be clearly identified so you can compare the total cost on the same basis.
When will the machine be ready?
Timing depends on the selected machine, configuration and agreed order arrangements. Request a written schedule for your quotation, including any requirements that need to be met before production or dispatch.
Discuss your machine and destination.
Send the model or application, destination and a contact method to begin the quotation discussion.
